**Special Features:**
- **Emergency Escape Function:** Can convert from high-speed roll-up door to emergency exit (maximum size 4000 x 4000 mm) with monitoring devices such as radar motion detectors, automatic opening, and regular self-checks.
- **Optimal Air Seal:** Reduced curtain direction in sliding rails for optimal airtightness and minimal pressure. Suitable for clean rooms. Can be installed inside or outside pressure zones.
- **Clean Room Certification:** ISO Class 6

**Door Design:**
- **Materials:** Sliding rails, top roller cover, and bottom rail made from high-quality aluminum.
- **Sliding Rails & Top Roller:** Made from premium aluminum, can meet ISO Class 7 clean room standards with optional seals.

**Curtain:**
- **Standard Material:** Transparent plastic with blue or red stripes.
- **Other Options:** RollTex® or NomaTex® curtains (with or without transparent windows) or PVC with stripes.
- **Additional Material:** RollTex® for more durable curtain material, equipped with wind tabs to enhance wind resistance.

**Drive System:**
- **Options:** Individual applications may include additional safety devices. Communication devices such as infrared sensors, radar detectors, push buttons, inductive loops, or radio transmitters can be added according to customer needs.

**Emergency Stop Function:**
- **Emergency Stop:** Bottom rail breaks or sensors trigger immediate stop; door can be easily reset manually.

**Safety Features:**
- **Sensors:** Electrical safety sensors. Standard in-line photo-cells prevent door closure when obstructed. Optional light grid for doors with a minimum height of 1975 mm.

**Motor and Top Roller Cover:**
- **Standard:** No cover.
- **Optional Covers:** Motor cover in plastic (RAL 7040), stainless steel, or powder-coated steel (RAL 9006). Top roller cover made from aluminum.

**Cable Integration:**
- **Internal Routing:** Internal cable routing to bottom rail.

**Motor Placement:**
- **Position:** Motor can be mounted on the right or left side of the door.

**Control Box:**
- **Standard:** MCS-R control system with standard relays. Optional ACS 50 counter control system and MCS-FC and MC frequency converter control systems available. MCC system ensures smooth operation, maximum speed, and extended door lifespan.

**Manual or Automatic Operation:**
- **Manual Opening:** In case of power loss, door can be manually pulled up to 2.0 m.
- **Automatic Opening (Optional):** Door automatically opens in case of power failure.
