The Assa Abloy RR100 / Albany RR100 high-speed PVC roll-up doors offer an economical solution for establishing corridors or passageways between rooms in industrial buildings. Featuring a simple construction with a compact rail and motor design, these doors save installation space while remaining durable and low-maintenance. The control system, based on a variable frequency drive, ensures smooth operation and increased durability. The RR100 is well-suited for various production facilities, warehouses, and logistics centers.

#### **Sliding Rails**
The sliding rails are designed to be simple and compact, taking up minimal installation space and reducing gaps between the door and the surrounding area. The surface is treated to resist oxidation, keeping the exterior clean and effective against corrosion and wear.

#### **Door Curtain**
The door curtain is made from double-sided colored polyester fabric. In addition to standard PVC material, transparent vision panels can be added (optional sizes: 500/600/1000 mm) in various colors, such as blue (RAL5002), yellow (RAL1003), or orange (RAL2004).

Reinforcement strips enhance the stability of the roll-up door and can block wind at level 1 (EN12424), equivalent to wind speeds of up to 80 km/h for door widths up to 3150 mm. Transparent vision panels can be made to match the width of the curtain.

#### **Safety Equipment**
To prevent the door from closing when objects are passing through or standing under it, the sliding rail is equipped with a pair of infrared sensors for easy entry monitoring. Additionally, an optional rubber safety sensor can be installed at the bottom rail. If the door lightly contacts an obstruction during closing, it will stop immediately and revert to the open position.

#### **Drive Unit**
The drive unit features a high-reliability screw drive with a safety brake, suitable for high-end doors and can be mounted on either side of the door.

#### **Top Roller and Motor Cover**
The external cover is powder-coated to protect the top roller and motor, providing an aesthetically pleasing and refined appearance to the door.
